Who controls your data

Waitlist

When you submit the form, we process your email, page language, registration time, consent version and basic signup-source data. We use it to notify you when production is confirmed, on launch day, and to provide the promised 10% code.

• Legal basis: your consent.
• Retention: until you withdraw consent or no later than 90 days after launch communication ends; proof of consent and withdrawal is retained where required by law.
• Withdrawal: email contact@teamoptimized.info. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Site analytics

Analytics starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. We record a random session identifier, page path, language, device category, visit source and waitlist-related actions. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking identifiers.

• Your choice is stored in local browser storage; the session identifier uses session storage.
• You can change the choice through Privacy settings in the footer.
• A technical completion state is stored only for the session so the confirmation survives a refresh.

Where data stays

Waitlist and analytics data are stored in PostgreSQL on our OVHcloud VPS in the European Union and managed through our self-hosted Coolify instance. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorised people and technical providers needed to operate and secure the service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
